How much do I have to pay for a public records request?
Answer:
There is no cost to submit a public records request or to receive documents that exist electronically and require no redactions. Physical copies are .25 cents per page, pursuant to La. R.S. 39:241 and La. Admin. Code Title 4, Part 1, Section 301.
